fix: always use keyword arguments
set configuration parameters for d9
support having map_I be IQU
support variable nside in input parameter
unit test for d9
just testing order of magnitude of map mean

decided to implement also d11, mostly as an additional test for d10. Test passing on Cori, checking if it is small enough to run on Github actions.
