Incorrect max_nside for Websky SZ #179

Here: https://github.com/galsci/pysm/blob/b15425310e8c3ffae4a94b08ea8c8aa7c61b8a09/pysm3/models/websky.py#L226 and here: https://github.com/galsci/pysm/blob/main/docs/models.rst the nside for tSZ maps should be 8192, not 4096.
