Grants field with link to external resources #180

As a user, I want to record my funding in a metadata field(s) that lists the funder name, grant name, and grant number, and through the grant's name or number links to the grant's webpage/description. EDITED from metadata subcommittee:

Can the grant number field also provide a link out to any papers that contain the same grant number in PubMed Central? Maybe one of the developer resources listed here could help: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/tools/developers/
