What is the action item associated with this issue? What does this translate to in practice?

Related to recent CD2H ontology discussions, this issue is a (possible wishlist) request about incorporating ontologies or the RDF-ready versions of certain vocabs into the data catalog as a way of making certain metadata fields more interoperable.
