Check our alignment and potential differences with the Data Citation Roadmap #315

There is a new paper called "A data citation roadmap for scholarly data repositories" authored by Martin Fenner (DataCite) and our potential collaborator Tim Clark (UVA). It lays out three levels of guidelines to be followed by repositories. At first glance, it looks like we are already following most if not all of these recommendations. Need to read in more detail and discuss with Tim and others in a future meeting:

Good to know we are in the right direction. Interesting to see the recommended approaches use schema.org / json-ld embeds, meta-tags and so on which helps focus the choice of technology.

Agreed. Reading over the 11 Guidelines it appears that we are following all of them, in one way or another.
