Change search placeholder #446

Per discussion during CTSA preparation meeting.

Just the frontpage search placeholder gets this change? Search page, account page, personal records page don't get updated, right?

This should change it for all of the search fields, right @fenekku ? That's what we want.

@sharpattack That's a good point. I made the change for all pages now.

is this the new wording in the search box? sorry to join this discussion late - what phrase are you using?

The new phrase is "What are you looking for?" as per Justin's comment.
