Sort in Collections #488

What is the default "sort" of records in collections? Appears to be alphabetical in DigitalHub. Conversations needed with GHSL Special Collections and DH team to decide if a different default sort is preferred.

Is sort by resource type possible? For instance, in a mixed archival collection, can we have all the correspondence sort above all the photos, which is above all the home movie files?

We should also offer the following collection sort options that users can choose from: -Time of record publication in InvenioRDM -Date of item creation (challenges of circa or no-date items) -Alphabetical

Noted. Will keep this in mind when discussing collections in the future.

If alphabetical sort of resource type is good enough, then this is on the straightforward side. If resource types need to be sorted differently than alphabetically, this is more involved. In both cases this depends on how collections are dealt with (may be out of my hands).
