[#1123] Titlecase Josh's Email Wherever It Is #1128

Previously Josh's email address was only being titlecased for the owner_info export field, but it also needs to titlecased in the other places where it appears. closes #1123

Sorry this took so long to push up. I was trying to figure out some things with mocking file permissions, but it seemed like more effort than it was worth. I'd rather focus on just getting to a release so we're in a good position on Monday.
