Export DH data round 1 #1162

I think this should be reopened. This is the official round 1 export different from the round 0 one. The round 1 is the official export for the records that will be on production on day 1. It would include any fixes for issues we discovered in round 0 (dev import) and metadata review on staging. This 2nd part is self-referential i.e. we should close the ticket when we are satisfied with the export.

Oh no, sorry for closing it! I thought this was the one that had already been worked on.

Following @gneidhardt 's review. We are satisfied with round 1 export, so this will be closed. Per discussion during migration meeting, there will be another export late Monday or early Tuesday now. We will call it round 1.5 : https://github.com/galterlibrary/digital-repository/issues/1171 . This will be the final one before launch. There will be another one after launch: https://github.com/galterlibrary/digital-repository/issues/1164 .
