Name subject mapped incorrectly ("University of Chicago" in DigitalHub became "University of Chicago. Department of Physics." in Prism). Should be mapped to "University of Chicago" - https://id.loc.gov/authorities/names/n79058404.html

This is the DH side of the issue. The Prism side is addressed here: https://github.com/galterlibrary/digitalhub-2/issues/451 . I would recommend same strategy of waiting for end of Gretchen's review to merge.
