Add the altmentrics plugin. Appears near the bottom of the Full Record Display. closes #20

@jpastva Thank you for the code snippet! I agree, if we can get pubmed id, let's use it. To keep this PR separate, I am going to put the altmetrics with pubmed in a new issue.
