Refreshment of the environment size after a modification of its size and relaunch of the model

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run the attached model.
2. Modify the height or the width of the environment.
3. Relaunch the simulation.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

We observe that the envirnoment size (and shape) is not refreshed. 
We can simply resize the display or hide and show the display to allow the shape to
be refreshed.

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.
