PDF documentation #5

While the make html infrastructure is all there, it would be nice to be able to make a presentable version of the documentation using make latexpdf. Adding a download option for this PDF file somewhere in the html documentation would be a nice touch too.

update: make latexpdf works (make sure texlive-most is installed before running :sweat_smile:

Link to downloadable file would still be nice somewhere.

PDF documentation works and looks presentable, download link still not added.
