Describe the bug Stackable Heading blocks is not showing up on Document Overview > Outline tab.

Fix for this might be helpful for native Heading block's incorrect heading level for H3-H6 headings when there's a Stackable Heading block present. Related to: https://www.facebook.com/groups/wpstackable/posts/1256702418551602/

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Add new page
  2. Add a Stackable Heading block
  3. Go to Document Overview > Outline tab
  4. See that the Heading block added is not showing up
  5. Try adding a Native Heading block
  6. See that the Heading block is showing up as expected

Expected behavior Stackable Heading block should show up on Outline
