[Performance Fix] Carousel block - Column arrangement doesn’t work properly inside the carousel block

Describe the bug

• Issue is related to the 3.13.6 performance fix
• Issue on frontend
• Issue for tablet and mobile views
• Issue happens for blocks that has Column Arrangement setting such as:
  • Columns - mobile
  • Feature - tablet
  • Feature Grid - tablet & mobile
• Issue only happens if the blocks mentioned above is inside the Carousel block

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Add a new page
2. Add a Carousel block
3. Add the three blocks mentioned above
4. Change Column Arrangement setting for tablet and mobile
5. Save page and view frontend
6. See tablet and mobile view if it only shows 1-2-3 instead of the preferred sequence

Expected behavior

• If these blocks are inside the Carousel block, it should follow the Column Arrangement setting added in editor:
  • Columns
  • Feature
  • Feature Grid
• Expected result can also be seen if blocks are outside the Carousel block

Screenshots

• All of it is showing 1-2-3 in frontend instead of the assigned column arrangement
