Global Colors - If I copy paste a block with an assigned global color in the settings, it doesn’t copy the color #3329

Describe the bug

Issue on both editor and frontend
Instead it shows as var(--stk-global-color...)
Assumptions:
- Issue happens if I'm using a Global Color
- Issue happens for new blocks created on 3.13.6

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Add a new page
Add any Stackable block
Add color settings using a global color
Copy the block
Paste the block on another site that doesn't have that existing global color
See that the color didn't apply

Expected behavior

Should still copy the color. Here's what happens when using 3.13.5:
It should get the color and show the hex code if the global color doesn't exist

Screenshots

It shows as var() instead of the hex code in the color palette preview
