Tabs block - Tabs Label issue for inner Tabs block inside Tabs block

Describe the bug

• Scenario: Added a Tabs block, moved Tabs Label below Tab Content. Inside Tab Content, I added a new Tabs block. When clicking Tab Labels inside the nested Tabs Block, it links to the main Tabs block > Tabs Label. The Tabs Label below doesn't recognize the main Tabs block > Tab Content tabs anymore.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Add a new page
2. Add a Tabs block
3. Add blocks in Tab Content
4. Unlock both Tab Content and Tabs Label
5. Move Tabs Label below Tab Content
6. Inside Tab Content, add another Tabs block in the first Inner Column
7. Add blocks in the new Tabs block (should look different than the first Tabs block)
8. Save page and view frontend
9. Try clicking the new Tabs block's second tab
10. See that it redirects to the first Tabs block's second tab instead of the new Tabs block's second tab
11. Try clicking the first Tabs block second tab
12. See that nothing happens

Expected behavior

• Inner Tabs block should still recognize its own Tabs Label if the main Tabs block's Tabs Label is below the Tab Content
