Does the sample size(amount) affect the results of cblaster? #16

Hello, Cameron,

        Happy new year! I am using cblaster to query a certain gene cluster in the same species population. Why do the results vary greatly as the sample size increases? Is there any parameter that limits the sample size, Or is there something wrong?

Such as: 25 strains cblaster results

200 strains cblaster results
