I am doing a sequence analysis of several genes and i want to build a tree plot with the most representative species of each genera/family/whatever. How i can generate tree plot with just few representative strains of each species and not showing all the strains which have a hit.
By the way, how can i get an score of the synteny of the genes that i am looking at with this cblaster tool?
