Changes

Enhance homepage's code, according to #458.

Use Tailwind as the main way for CSS
Upgrade Tailwind to use customised rule for dark theme
Fix the grid background color(light theme) in perks section
Refactor sections' structure
Update colors & animations
Convert image to Webp
Add getUrlWithUtmParameters function for adding utm params for urls
Use Docusaurus icon in footer
Add description for homepage
Change primary color(#309976) for light theme only
