Hello, when you fork a project would be nice to preserve the git history instead of squashing or importing only the last commit as it has been done here

Github have the option to import a repository if you want to make a detached fork from the start

You're absolutely right.

This project is a patchwork of the OPENDINGUX repository and multiple branches, and I lost track of the original branch. lol
