lying face (pinocchio-like?) #415

I'd love to see a simple stylized lying face icon. Could be like an emoticon with a long pinocchio-nose.

Maybe a bit like this one, but http://burnedhand.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/08/liar_1471637004.png , but simpler and preferably kinda cocky. Like a pathological liar without any remorse (aka politician).
