Enhancement: Tag games removed from F95 #107

Sometimes games get taken down from F95 for rules violations, it'd be good if they could be tagged as removed in the app (probably a good idea not to grab screens and clear out already downloaded screens for those games as well, given the games that are usually removed).

Know the focus is bug fixing right now, just raising this for the future.

Yes, the tag is a good idea. Screens shouldn't be removed from the list if they are already downloaded. the only case where I try to remove them is when I get a 404 (I'll check to be sure that if I get a 404 and the screen is already cached I don't remove it)
