Jailor's Key not guaranteed #3

Bug finder: Highspirits Seed: 418456169 Randomness: Insane Jailor's Key was in the Cave Of Rhone, not in any item store.

Fixed. It turned out that the Jailor's Key was placed in the matching ROM location of the first treasure chest in the game. (meaning that there are two ROM locations for the first treasure chest. If they match, you also gain gold. It went not in the place where the item was awarded, but in the place which you match to gain gold. Since it didn't match, you didn't gain gold to start the game.)
