Chapter 3 monster treasure drops incorrect #52

Shoobinator and I believe that this is a cause of looking at Taloon's level, not the level of whoever is substituting for Taloon. I bet there's a way to resolve that... probably look at the current chapter number, if it's 0x02 (Chapter 3), look at Taloon's level. If that's true, then I can probably change it to look at Taloon's substitute instead.

By all accounts, it looks like it loads the currently active player, so it doesn't LOOK like there's a bug. I'm going to close this for now, and reopen if I find differently later.
