I unfortunately don't have too many details on this one. For DQRTAM's DW4 race I wanted to run on an otherwise-vanilla ROM that had the characters' names all changed, but after attempting to generate such a ROM using the Randohacker and doing a diff between a vanilla ROM and the hacked ROM, I noticed more addresses changed than expected. I Ctrl+F'd the randomizer code for a random address that I saw change, and vaguely remember it had something to do with shops? I never booted up the hacked ROM, though.
