Nice to have enhancements

• [x] Duplicate characters. Might be possible using character_status.csv
• [x] Remove the mandatory Cecil requirement. Also might be possible using initial party CSV. Let's hope so! Worst case scenario... redo classes?
• [x] Add weapons and armor from the GBA extended content. Make this addition optional.
• [x] Make a couple of branches. First branch... Underground Waterway with lots of decent loot vs. Mt. Hobs with little loot.
• [x] Second branch: Magnes Cave with lot of really good loot and the metallic restriction vs. Tower Of Zot... decent loot, but no restriction.
• [x] Add a "warp room" which will allow you to warp to any floor you've previously made in the past.
• [x] Change the Baron Waterway battle to the room where you normally fight Baigan. After that, your store along with that Magnes/Zot choice can take place!
• [ ] Add an option to remove intermediate gauntlet fights (Eblan, Cave of Summons, Lunar Subterranne x2)

• [x] Implement a credits scroll and victory text after the final battle
• [x] Replace Tellah at each Gauntlet
