ability to have more than one free text element #34

This would be useful for the marathon layout.

Currently there is only one box for entering freetext if you add a second <freetext> tag there is no error however there is no way to enter text for it.

I could see an arbitrary number of freetext fields. There could be a dropdown under the Free Text label to choose the one you're editing. They would be named in the XML.
