When connecting to Server, verify Client/Server are same version #41

I noticed that it doesn't appear everyone always gets the latest version of the RandoTracker. Because of this and future tweaks to Client/Server communication that I bet will be coming, this could lead to Tracker/Restreamer issues. This would go well along with #19 to make sure everyone is always using the latest and greatest.
