Animated gif issues #8

  1. animated gifs don't animate when used as background. Just shows the first still frame
  2. Animated gif runs in picture tag but only infinitely. There is an animated erdrick's tolken gif in the dwr folder that I made to flip through the animation only once but when loaded in randoTracker it animates infinitely.
