Changes Proposal Form #197

User Story

As user I want to have an easy usability of the proposal form so I can create proposals fast.

Acceptance Criteria

  1. on the create proposal form following fields are preselected: 1.1 Proposal Type: "General" 1.2 Voting Type: "Simple Majority" 1.3 Collateral Type: "GAME"
  2. the short description field should be a markdown editor

How to test

  1. open create proposal view
  2. see pre-selected values
  3. see markdown editor
