Leave Organization does not update button options on organization list view #206

Describe the bug After successfully leaving an Organization where I was member in, the buttons "Dashboard" and "Leave" remain on the view. Also a reload does not change the button options to "Join" or "Apply". Once leaving an organization I cannot join any more

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to Organization List Page
  2. Go to an Organization where you are member of
  3. Click the Leave button and sign the transaction
  4. See successful leave message and see that the amount of members decreases by 1
  5. See that the buttons "Dashboard" and "Leave" remain on the view.

Expected behavior After successful Organization leave, the view updates the buttons to the available options (eg. Apply or Join).
