after dao creation, clicking close button crashes app #210

  1. create a dao
  2. notifications show up and confirm creation
  3. nothing redirects
  4. clicking close leads to the screenshot scenario

@2075 bug is deprecated as user gets redirected to organisations detail page after dao creation.
