CORS error + Failed : during creation of proposal #255

Describe the bug Creation of proposal failed. CORS error appears in log

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to your own Organization
  2. Click on "Create New Proposal"
  3. Select your Organization
  4. Filled up Title of Proposal
  5. Click "Publish Proposal"

Expected behavior New proposal published

Additional context I guess Title should be mandatory field. And it must be enforced by FE.

Still getting authorization error:

Seems old DAO . After creation of new DAO proposal starts working
