Update validation to use Yup library #308

Update validation to use Yup in preparation for using i18n strings for error messages.
Removed unnecessary required attributes from form elements as this can be handled by validation schema

@5-mark This was mostly a technical change but there was some modification of how verification was implemented so the goal would be just to test that the validation is still working as expected. I can be more detailed in the description for future PRs.
