Specify the kind of window in its title. #34

This makes the "Window" menu more useful. At present, if multiple windows are open, it just contains e.g. "Ares Scenarios" several times. This changes it so that the window title (and the menu) will contain "Ares Scenarios", "Ares Scenarios--Scenarios", "Ares Scenarios--Initial Objects", etc.
