[Winna's Kitten] #100

Trying to complete the quest [Winna's Kitten] in Felwood but the NPC Winna's Kitten does not spawn so it is impossible to get the quest item and complete the quest.

I talked to GM Chronus and they confirmed that the NPC is not spawning.

There has not previous been problems with this quest.

I'm trying to get the loremaster achievement and this area is stuck with this only quest available and Winna still doesn't show up.
