Quest - jewelcrafting Figurine-earthen-guardian

Description: I was doing quest in deepholm and get the quest as item in my bag, i accepted it started working on it, finished all it needs, when i tried to complete it, it says: "The item was not found". The quest should give trinket Account name: Ultrazz008 Server: Deathwing

How to reproduce:

1. Get a quest item "[Figurine - Earthen Guardian]".
2. Accept quest
3. Get mats it requests
4. Try to complete it, it should reward you with trinket but instead you get "Item was not found"

How it should work: On completion it should reward you following trinket: trinket
