Signet of the Impregnable Fortress is not Available #1166

Sources say it was available in Phase 1 with patch 3.0.2. However, I cannot find it on either of the vendors available to my faction. Searched and could not find ANYTHING in the discord or bugtracker that says this was on purpose, please fix.

AFAIK nothing but the class tier pieces and PVP pieces are supposed to have class-visibility restrictions on the Dalaran vendors...I was on my Feral Bear Druid if that matters.
