[Raid] Molten core still requiring douses to summon Ragnaros #1206

Description: Molten core still requiring douses to summon Ragnaros. Douses were removed in wotlk and not required any longer for Molten Core. Currently Majordomo is bugged once all other bosses are killed and keeps everyone in combat and is uninteractable. Runes are still glowing.

How to reproduce:

How it should work: After the boss dies their rune is supposed to be "doused" on it's own. After bosses are cleared, Majordomo should move on his own to Ragnaros' area.

Molten Core is going to be a Time Walking raid. So it's going to probably work like it did in classic

The runes associated with each boss should visually douse themselves when the boss is killed and stop glowing. However, I don't think the Majordomo bug is related to dousing given that the douses were originally used to summon Majordomo, not Ragnaros. I've reported that Majordomo's encounter does not properly end here: #827
