At the moment if you are trying to Re-Polymorph a target that already is Polymorphed (debuff is more than 5 seconds), there is no error message about "more powerful spell", debuff just applies for 5 seconds with 50% DR. This is a bug.

How it should work: if your target has a Polymorph debuff (more than 5 seconds) you cannot Polymorph it unless the length is less than 5 seconds.

However, with buffs it works. For example Ice barrier. If you cast Ice barrier with any +X spell power buff and try to renew Ice barrier without the +X spell power buff (with your default spell power), you get the error about "more powerful spell".

At 7:26 you can see the mage sheeps hunter for 10 sec and sheeps again (waiting for him trinket), but the debuff from the first sheep doesn't disappear and cast is not successful, because there is more powerful spell (9 sec sheep withour DR) than 5 sec DR sheep, that was not applied on a target.

Maybe Sap, Fear, Seduce, Cyclone, Hex spells has exact the same problems.
