[MPG] Kologarn permanent grip+teleport #1721

Description: On live kologarn grip is permanent, you dont get released. Once you kill arm people in grip get teleported to flame leviathan on some mob and die. Also Right arm hitbox is so small you can't even attack it as melee

How to reproduce: Get gripped

How it should work: Revert to how it was on ptr before last fix pls

nvm the hitbox of the hand is actually in the body of kologarn, doesn't feel right though
