Accepting the quest Totem of Vark should spawn Stillpine Ancestor Yor, who should say some lines and who can lead the player to the next totem, if player decides to follow. This NPC does not spawn, player gets cat form immediately.

Similar issue seems to sometimes occur during Totem of Yor with Stillpine Ancestor Tikti. This NPC is spawn in furbolg form when player arrives, then disappears and does not reapear when quest is taken. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=x3VLfSgKenU&ab_channel=Bue
