[wotlk] [Priest] [Spell] Renew #2419

Description: Spell "Renew (6074 and following IDs of other Renew-ranks)" is missing 1 tick on its duration instead of 125 healing over 12 seconds. it heals 100 over 12 seconds. the initial tick on spell apply is missing OR the amount of healing each tick is too low

How it should work: its obvious how it should work. not further explanation needed

edit: according to the wowhead link. the duration on whitemane is missind 3 seconds on the spell so 1 tick of healing is skipped no glyph for renew is used
