[Core][Buff] Buffing Drums of forgotten kings and Blessing of sanctuary removes ALL drums buffs #2438

Description: If protpala gives Blessing of Sanctuary on a player with drums of the kings he lose all drums stats, 8% on attributes

How to reproduce: buff drums of kings, look at agility, buff blessing of sanctuary see how it gets lower agility than before.

How it should work: If a player has drums of forgotten kings and blessing of sanctuary they should stack with the strongest buffs, being 10% stam+str from sanctuary and the rest attributes are 8% agi, int, spirit from drums

(kings and sanct is working fine together)

Now drums and sanct stack, giving crazy str and stamina also kings and sanct stack, giving crazy str and stamina
