[Feature Port] Transmogrification with item appearance & collection

Port the whole transmog system to Frostmourne, and allow to apply transmogrification on items that drop from bosses, so for example make it possible that a boss drops Betrayer of Humanity that's already transmogrified into Gorehowl.
