[QUESTS] - Elwynn Forest #1722

1.After completing https://www.wowhead.com/quest=28817/the-rear-is-clear Marshal Mc Bridge should have option to pick up q https://www.wowhead.com/quest=26389/blackrock-invasion Currently there is no quest and you cant complete starting zone quest chain and Extinguishing Hope (quest=26391) should lead to Ending the Invasion (quest=26390)

  1. npc Kobold Tunneler should spawn with lvls 5-6, currently they can spawn as lvl 2 mob https://www.wowhead.com/classic/npc=475/kobold-tunneler

5.npc Mangy Wolf should have lvl range 5-6 currently its random lvl between 1-5 https://www.wowhead.com/classic/npc=525/mangy-wolf

6.npc Young Forest Bear should have lvl range 8-9, currently they have lvl 6 https://www.wowhead.com/classic/npc=822/young-forest-bear

7.Riverpaw outrunner and Riverpaw Runt, has no melee limited range attacks, and does melee attacks from 35-40y range(tested as caster )

9 should be fixed with the next server reboot. As #1687

Couldn't replicate 8 so crossed out. As the initial missing quests aren't tied to achievements and because we have 3x XP - setting this to low prior.
