[Quest][NPC] Town-In-A-Box: Under Attack #2348

The NPC Spawn Rate is too low and the Quest is not working correct. The NPCs have to run to the Town but they are just standing in front of the Town. Jsut look the video how its should look https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=110la6eOU3I
