Description: The quest finisher NPC is not on the spot. Maybe phased away?

How to reproduce: Get the quest, makee yourself fiendly with Gelkis and try to go to Uthek the Wise in Desolace @36.0,79.0

How it should work: Uthek the Wise must be in the tent located there, but there is not any NPC here.

GameMaster Hiki confirmed this quest was dropped in Cataclysm 4.0.3. So I delete the quest on my list. Please delete the quest properly!
