Broken quest - Lou's Parting Thoughts - bugged thugs #3965

Description: Lou's parting thoughts quest (Westfall - https://www.wowhead.com/quest=26232/lous-parting-thoughts ) is broken. After eavesdropping, the 4 thugs "aggro" without being able to attack or be attacked. As a result the quest cannot be completed,

How to reproduce: Accept quest and eavesdrop behind the barn as required.

How it should work: After eavesdropping, the 4 thugs should attack the character, after the fight the eavesdrop should be marked completed.

UPDATE: Asked ingame for GM to manually complete. After getting the manual completion, "completed quest" cannot be handled. The Lieutenant Horatio NPC doesn't appear. Also, the "completed quest" text is missing (attached image). Broken Quest - Lous parting thoughts
